4. Quotations & Payment
Quotes are provided in writing after a free consultation and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are agreed per engagement; work may be scheduled only after agreed deposits are received.
5. Revisions
Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope are included as specified in your quotation. Changes of scope after approval may be quoted separately.
6. Intellectual Property
On full payment, the deliverables we produce for you are yours. Website content (text, design, logo) remains the property of Insightedge Writing Solutions and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
We commit to professional, careful work. We are not liable for decisions made by third parties — such as funders, banks, supervisors, or institutions — based on documents we prepare, nor for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes will be resolved in Kenyan courts.
